Services AI organization is responsible for fostering a data, analytics and AI culture and solutions across all business lines. Its a start-up like culture based on co-creation, "fail fast or scale fast" methodology, and agile delivery. We are looking to enable AI to bring faster insights to decision makers, create efficiency in operational processes, enable Sales and Bankers with intelligence driven relationship management backed by data and AI. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Seasoned Product Developer and Manager to lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive product strategy from concept to market.

This role requires a proven track record in managing the full product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering successful, impactful products and managing the program tightly.

Product Strategy & Vision :

Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs. Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories. Establish and manage the stakeholder forum, gather requirements from end users and manage the development plan tightly.

Product Development & Management :

Lead the entire product development lifecycle from discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch iteration. Work closely with technology, operations, sales, prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic importance, customer value, and technical feasibility. Manage product roadmap and delivery. Oversee the development process, including agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure timely and high-quality releases. Engage stakeholders for testing, sign off, and pivot according to the feedback.

Technical Skills :

Deep understanding of Generative AI models : In-depth knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), and their applications (e.g., text generation, image generation, code generation, summarization, conversational AI). Senior Product Manager in AI products : Experience product manager who has developed AI / ML platform, capabilities and features Bring together business use cases and develop capabilities on the platform Senior product manager experience Design and manage feature releases per ART framework, manage roadmap and prioritize capabilities Collaboration & Partnership : Work with operations, product and tech to actualize development, rollout, and track adoption KPIs Track benefits closely. AI Ethics & Governance : Submit, own, track model approval process for use cases

Leadership & Soft Skills :

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Tight program management skills Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership. Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. High level of intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging AI trends. Hands on experience of GEN AI application, architecture, integrations, presets, prompt engineering

Qualifications :

• 10+ years of experience + Proven track record of successfully managing in a large and complex business + Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker + Proactively seeks and develops new opportunities + Thorough financial acumen and P&L management experience + Excellent analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills + Proven track record of bringing diverse groups and perspectives to work against a common goal + Ability to maintain momentum and minimize client and employee attrition + Ability to establish and maintain senior client relationships and to work across multiple facets of Citi businesses + Process Management knowledge with a propensity for detail and comprehensiveness of content + Ability to collaborate and clearly communicate with senior members of an organization + Project Management skills with experience leading large cross functional initiatives + Proven track record as change agent, with ability to encourage and embrace innovative ideas and solutions + Self-aware with ability to adapt to various situations, rapidly assimilate and report on complex information while creating a future vision + Bachelor's / University degree, Master's degree preferred
