Project Coordinator

Job Title

Coordinate procurement activities for a Research and Development team. Complete purchase requests and monitor progress of the requests through each stage of the procurement process. Proactively escalate cases with cross functional partners across the business as needed. Work closely with external vendors to solve procurement, logistics, and invoicing issues. Identify and document recurring issues to identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Requirements : 2+ years of experience working in a similar coordinating role. Independent, driven, eager to learn, and share information with other team members. Experience using communication tools such as Outlook, Calendar, and Office 365. Ability to keep up in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service mindset to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to solve problems. Proactive problem solver. Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
