Academic Wage HR Team Member

A company is looking for an Academic Wage-Salaried : Core HR and Academics AMP Team Member.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with data clean-up and implementation of academic programs in Banner and Workday

Conduct testing, create documentation, and support training programs for internal stakeholders

Engage in change management activities and support project stabilization efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of relevant professional experience

Three years of experience in complex administrative work within Human Resources or Payroll

Intermediate proficiency in Windows-based software, including databases and spreadsheets

Experience with HRIS and payroll systems

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively
