Essential Job Duties
Description
The Project Controller 2 oversees project budgets, financial forecasts, and contract management. This role involves ensuring compliance with cost management standards and serving as the primary administrative contact for project-related agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate, administer, and control contracts and agreements related to projects
- Serve as the official County administrative contact with consultants
- Assist project managers in coordinating schedules, materials, and resources for timely project completion
- Monitor project budgets and financial forecasts for accuracy and integrity
- Identify interdependencies between projects and provide cross-correction strategies as needed
Qualifications
Required Qualification : - Years of Experience / Education / Certificates / Training :
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration or related fields.Eleven or more (11+) years of related full-time paid experience.Strong background in professional accounting and auditingExperience in project management and financial analysisAbility to provide strategic leadership and on-site management to program staffExcellent communication and negotiation skillsWage Requirement
Starting Salary range for this job is $239,652.00 - $275,600.00. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environmentBenefits
