Essential Job Duties

Description

The Project Control Specialist I, II, III, IV are responsible for managing and overseeing project control functions for construction and infrastructure projects within Municipalities. These roles involve tracking project costs, schedules, and compliance to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

• Develops and maintains project schedules using project management software.
• Monitors project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
• Conducts risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project issues.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Prepares and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Collaborates with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
• Analyzes project performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assists in the preparation of project proposals and presentations for stakeholders.
• Participates in project meetings and provide updates on project status and performance metrics.
