A company is looking for an Outreach & Engagement Manager (Weekends, Spanish Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Community Engagement Specialists to achieve outreach and enrollment goals
Provide coaching and training for new hires while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Monitor team performance using metrics and implement data-driven strategies for improvement
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience managing large teams, preferably in healthcare or community care settings
2+ years of experience in community engagement, patient navigation, or social work
2+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or call center environments
Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
Strong technical skills and ability to work with multiple technology platforms
