Maintenance Tech
We are looking for someone experienced to do day to day maintenance and unit turns in apartment properties at Leafy Dell Apartments in Johnstown.
Job Position : Maintenance Person (Basic Job Description)
- Daily pick up of grounds as needed or directed.
- Responsibility of keeping clean the shop, common areas, and other areas of the leasing office if needed.
- Daily and routine work orders as directed.
- Report any suspicious activity, unsafe conditions, or ill kept apartments to management.
On call" as assigned by the property. All maintenance staff are required to be available for after-hours calls.
- Unloading delivery trucks and stocking items in their appropriate location.
- Trashing out apartments.
- Clearing snow on walks and stairs during the winter as needed including salt spreading.
- Safeguarding company materials and equipment from loss either through theft, miss use, accident, or malicious intent.
- Apartment turns.
- Swimming Pool Maintenance Opening and Closing Procedures
- HVAC repairs. Most qualified candidates will have excellent HVAC skills, EPA certified and be able to handle most common repairs.
