Global Division President

The Global Division President position with the client, an industrial manufacturing global conglomerate, involves leading a division consisting of 4 global business units in North America, Europe, and Asia. The Division President will report to the Segment President and CEO of a $1.5B segment and be a key leader in the executive management team. The focus of the role is on growing the division through acquisitions (M&A) and expanding into new markets and applications, with the goal of doubling division revenue.

Responsibilities for the Global Division President include full P&L responsibility, strategic management, identifying and pursuing M&A opportunities, developing growth strategies, implementing organizational structures, driving operational improvements, and fostering talent development. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, 20 years of experience in industrial b2b manufacturing, and 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility. Strong financial acumen and prior experience with M&A are preferred qualifications for this role.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven background in driving business development, securing high-value contracts, and leading a team in a positive and collaborative manner. The Global Division President will be responsible for aligning strategic direction with overall segment goals, driving profitability and customer satisfaction, and maintaining a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial environment within the division.
