Chief Operating Officer (COO) Kitchen & Bath Company | Leadership Opportunity

Overview Our client, a well-established kitchen and bath remodeling company with more than 50 years of excellence, is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead daily operations and drive continued growth. This role requires a seasoned operational leader with a strong background in remodeling or home improvement, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to scale business performance through process improvement and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all day-to-day company operations, including sales, installation, and marketing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between departments, from lead generation through project completion.
• Manage and optimize in-home sales performance, customer experience, and project delivery timelines.
• Implement and manage key business tools and systems, including Quickbase, Leap, Ingage, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Lead ERP system implementation and drive company-wide adoption to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Partner closely with ownership on long-term strategic planning, financial management, and growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all teams.
