Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent meal service to ensure customer satisfaction and provides
• information to help with food and beverage selections.
• Ensures that the waiter / esses within assigned sections are thoroughly trained in their duties and are knowledgeable about the various dishes prepared by the kitchen.

Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol

• beverage control policies.
• Role model and assists the Restaurant Manager in holding Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards.
• Assists Restaurant Managers by opening and closing the restaurant to company standards. Assists Restaurant Managers with controlling costs by portion control and quantities of preparation;

minimizing waste; and ensuring high quality of

preparation.

Qualifications :

• Previous bartending experience is preferred
