As the Google Cloud partnership leader for the relationship with SAP, you will develop and drive Google Cloud's strategy and execution to create new joint solutions and offerings and be responsible for the success of the entire go-to-market motion. You will lead a team of Partnership Development Managers (PDMs) and partner engineers, and will collaborate with peers in Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Engineering organizations to ensure alignment with Google Cloud's strategy and growth, and launch and manage new initiatives that deepen the partnership with SAP across Google Cloud solution areas. In this role, you will work across the different SAP teams, with a focus on building new joint solutions and creating new go-to-market opportunities, unlocking incremental revenue streams for Google Cloud and SAP and continuously strive for partner satisfaction. You'll build strategic relationships with the SAP executive suite, their product and sales organization and their channel partners, and ensure there is a strong alignment between them and the Google Cloud executive team. You are expected to be a collaborative thought leader that delivers growth and success across multi-channel motions, existing and emerging routes to market for Google Cloud and our partner. You will operate in a global capacity, spanning all geographies, and having accountability for the partnership with SAP.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $310,000-$432,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities :

• Be accountable for global CxO alignment and partnership cadence with SAP.
• Be responsible for 360-degree engagement with SAP globally, maximizing strategic value across sell-to, buy-from, and co-sell.
• Be a custodian of all agreements and accountable for executive escalations.
• Drive the joint co-innovation roadmap between Google Cloud and SAP, understanding SAP's product portfolio for "better together" IP.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of global partner managers, acting as the partnership's spokesperson.
