Senior Director, Supply Chain Management

Base pay range : $114,004 – $219,960 per year.

Shape systemwide excellence in operations, standardization, and innovation at MedStar Health. We are seeking a Senior Director, Supply Chain Management to provide operational and strategic oversight at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. This role will lead daily operations, inventory management, and budget accountability for all related functions. You will support systemwide integration and standardization of supplies and services by facilitating local Clinical Value Analysis Implementation Committees and managing vendor relationships while also partnering with the System AVP of Operations on specialized initiatives—focused on people, process, or technology—to ensure consistent design, implementation, and execution across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field of study required.

Master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field of study preferred.

5-7 years of progressively more responsible job-related experience as a manager or Director of Materials Management, preferably in a high-volume environment required.
