Our Contact Center operates 24 / 7 / 365 to serve members worldwide. We prioritize work-life balance and offer shifts with reasonable flexibility to avoid negative impacts on personal or family life. Enjoy hybrid and onsite work options, with scheduled breaks and meals. Most shifts are flexible, allowing for a one-hour variation in start and end times, with availability required for 9.5 hours to accommodate this. Expect back-to-back phone calls for the majority of your shift, with scheduled breaks after up to four hours.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50 / hr.
