Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to clients via phone and email, resolving inquiries with clarity and professionalism, and assisting with various administrative and operational tasks.
Key responsibilities include :
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information and pricing.
- Preparing and following up on quotes, proposals, and sales orders.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Analyzing sales data and generating reports using Excel to support forecasting and performance tracking.
- Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs.
- Assisting with lead generation and qualification efforts.
- Supporting the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Pay and benefits :
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
