Duration : Approx. 6-month contract (40 hours / week; 952 total hours) extensions and conversion possible based on business need

Overview :
The Client Service Analyst supports the Corporate Trust Structured Finance (ABS / MBS) business, working directly with institutional clients on the administration of securitized transactions. This role combines client servicing, financial operations, analytical support, and transaction management , with multiple deliverables and monthly payment cycles.
The position is fast-paced and deadline-driven ideal for a candidate with strong Excel skills , analytical thinking , and client-facing experience in a financial services environment. The Analyst will onboard new clients, execute payment cycles, and ensure the accurate and timely distribution of funds to investors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding the daily administration of structured finance transactions.
- Process transactional activity from onboarding through monthly reporting, including setting authorized contact profiles, cash movements, and payment distributions.
- Support multiple clients simultaneously, meeting time-sensitive payment deadlines (notably around the 15th, 20th, and 25th of each month).
- Prepare spreadsheets, reconcile figures, and validate investor payout calculations using Excel formulas and VLOOKUPs (mandatory skill).
- Develop and maintain client relationships; resolve inquiries and support execution of client strategies.
- Partner with internal teams operations, technology, account reps, and control functions to ensure data and documentation accuracy.
- Maintain strong adherence to risk controls, internal policies, and audit / regulatory obligations.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting peers during peak cycles and high-volume periods.
Required Qualifications :
Strong Excel proficiency , including formulas and VLOOKUPs .Experience in client-facing financial operations , supporting multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks across multiple monthly reporting cycles.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience supporting Structured Finance, ABS / MBS, securitizations, commercial loan operations, or similar products .Prior banking or financial services experience.Knowledge of investor reporting, payments, or capital markets operations.
