Construction Management Associate
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects related to a construction project. This will include, but not be limited to, general contracting projects, larger-scale contracting patch and repair projects, and tremcares, etc. This will involve working closely with the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, or WTI Technician assigned to the project to ensure the project is executed effectively, completed safely, and all contractual obligations are adhered to. Additional duties will include participating in on-site meetings, developing the scope of work, reviewing proposals, specifications, and project schedules, assembling project submittals, obtaining building permits, and completing project closeout documents, as well as other duties as directed by the Construction Manager.
