Field Support Specialist

Crumbl Cookies is looking for a reliable and versatile Field Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Field Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining full store inventories, transporting ingredients and boxes between locations, covering shifts for call-outs, and performing minor repairs. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and the continuous delivery of our delicious products to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Conduct full store inventories and ensure organized storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Transportation: Use the company van to transport ingredients, boxes, and other supplies between stores as needed.
• Shift Coverage: Provide coverage for team members who call out, ensuring that operations continue smoothly across different locations.
• Minor Repairs: Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks to keep equipment and facilities in good working order.
• Coordination: Work closely with store managers and team members to understand and address operational needs.
• Store errands: Outsource ingredients or pick up supplies as needed for every store.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a support or logistics role preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of repairing equipment and facilities.
• License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Availability: Flexible availability to cover shifts at various locations.
