What Youll Do
Report directly to the Founder / CEO and manage his calendar, inbox, and priorities
Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
Support the leadership team with administrative and operational tasks
Track and organize monthly spending and budgets
Assist with light AP / AR tasks like vendor setup and payment coordination
Support sales, customer success, and marketing teams with logistics and coordination
Plan and execute company events, including leadership retreats and team gatherings
Handle HR administration like onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits
Serve as an ambassador of Ovationfostering organization, positivity, and hospitality
Who You Are
13 years of relevant experience in administration, coordination, or operations
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable with ambiguity and resourceful in solving problems
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, etc.)
Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
Positive energy and a how can I help? mindset
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Salary : $60,000$65,000 per year

Location
Primarily remote, but must be Utah Countybased and available to visit the Lehi area about once per week for tasks like mail, swag, or meetings
Occasional weekend availability may be required for special events or time-sensitive needs
