Position Overview

We are seeking a Civil Land Development Engineer with 3+ years of experience and strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D to join the Indianapolis office. The ideal candidate will support and lead site design projects of varying complexity, collaborating closely with architects, planners, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare site grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans using Civil 3D
• Assist in project design and coordination from concept through construction
• Perform stormwater, hydrology, and utility design calculations and reports
• Support permitting efforts and coordination with local / state regulatory agencies
• Contribute to proposal development, project schedules, and client presentations
