Senior Vice President, Client Experience
We Are Seeking :
We're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Senior Vice President to join our Consumer Practice, working across a portfolio of household Consumer brands. You will spearhead high profile, award-worthy, integrated influencer and earned media campaigns for one of our top consumer clients.
Working in a dynamic agency-client model, you will be the strategic connector that brings integrated activations to market. You will be responsible for managing client and inter-agency relationships, playing a critical role in determining the future and long-term success of not only this business, but also our Consumer Practice. You will be responsible for all aspects of a client relationship and an integrated team and will supervise big pieces of business with multiple work streams and team members.
Responsibilities include recommending programs and activities coordinating with client's goals, effectively delegating projects, offering counsel to team members and allocating agency resources to match client budgets. You will also be a key leader of business development, strategic program planning, analytics, media relations and the development and execution of creative concepts. Ideally, you will have global agency experience, and have executed large scale campaigns.

- Strong ability to remain nimble and counsel clients through conflict
- Can mobilize and motivate integrated teams while working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills
- Aptitude for financial analysis
- Can complete challenging projects within set parameters
- Exceptional judgment when working with team members, client contacts and vendors
- Commitment and dedication to the agency's success as well as individual career

The right person for this role has :
12+ years of experience in PR inclusive of agency experience working on integrated communications campaigns, specifically earned media and influencer-led assignmentsDeep knowledge of the consumer products space, with experience in and passion for personal care, consumer health, beauty and lifestyle brandsProven track record of proactively identifying and delivering strategic opportunities that unlock account growth beyond the current or 'expected' remitStrong familiarity and expertise related to social, news and influencer channels that can further fuel earned-driven communicationsExceptional client service track record with ability to counsel and interact effectively with senior management at client organizationsExperience managing a large CPG account (over $1 million in billings) and the keen organizational skills needed to juggle multiple client needs at onceAbility to efficiently manage cross-office teams that span multiple cities and countries with integrated account teams preferredAbility to be both strategic and hands-on, to flex with clients' needsSuccess leading teams and developing talentAn entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership qualities, and a collaborative attitudeA willingness to challenge how things have always been done, in a desire to continuously improveExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProficient skills in MSOffice (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)BA or BS in Communications or related degreeThe Weber Shandwick Collective recognizes that your health and wellbeing are a priority. NYC Salary range : $160,000 - $225,000
