A company is looking for a Vice President, Insurance Product.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, development, and management for insurance products

Manage the end-to-end process for the insurance product portfolio, including ideation and performance monitoring

Drive innovation and ensure regulatory compliance of all insurance products

Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in healthcare strategy and execution

5+ years of experience in insurance product design and management

5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA or MHA preferred

Experience with small group level-funded insurance products is a plus
