Director of Operations
Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Director of Operations to join our growing company and lead the opening of three brand-new restaurants opening in the Steel District! We are looking for a strong leader to lead our teams and ensure operations.
Director of Operations Responsibilities :
- Reports directly to the Owner
- Oversee all 3 locations and operations within those facilities
- Uses effective and inspiring leadership to ensure all company's protocols and standards are met
- Work with management teams at each location including budgeting, forecasting, sales, and team environment
- Driven through accomplishments, strong entrepreneurial work ethic
Director of Operations Requirements :
- At least 5+ yrs of multi-unit director position or Regional Manager
- Worked in upscale or casual concepts, some fine-dining experience is a plus
- Passionate about the industry, fun working environment and positive results-oriented leader
- High business acumen and the ability to write budgets and manage multiple P&Ls
