Job descriptionKaizen Facilitation : As we continue to look for a new Lean resource (and in conjunction with thereafter) Jeff can help to facilitate kaizen events and populate the pipeline needed to keep the continual focus on improvement. AFE Support : Well versed in the justification and submittal process. Jeff can support a variety of teams needing help pulling things together. Lead Time Reductions : Support process mapping activities with the VSMs, identify kaizen bursts, help to push through problem solving and improvement projects. PST - P75 targets & improvement OEM Fuel - Split shift execution - focus on overlap timing optimization OEM Pneu - Past due reduction through LT reductions in 1287 & 1H98 cells Efficiency Improvements : Jeff can help shop floor HPTs dial in their focus and pull in outside resources needed in order to address top concerns. The expectation would be to attend shop floor HPT meetings to help put velocity around RAILs and throughput.
