Hascor USA is a medium sized company that manufactures and / or sells metal alloys. Hascor USA is part of Hascor International group, which has branches in Mexico, Chile, The Netherlands, Turkey, and Thailand.
Tasks and responsibilities :
- Day to day data entry (invoices / bank statements).
- Posting accrual journal entries and other postings.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Basic general ledger accounting.
- Maintain and sending daily accounts receivable and payable reports.
- Assisting with monthly financial statements and monthly closings.
- Communicating with other group companies.
- Preparing outgoing payments.
- Collections.
Essential Requirements :
- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or Business.
- 3 year experience in a similar position.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with systems in finance and accounting.
- Strong business attitude with excellent and direct communication skills.
- Pro-active, hands-on, but with a helicopter view.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Flexible, stress resistant, good communicative skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-tasking.
- Analytical and can work independently.
- Bilingual Preferred (English / Spanish).
- No 9-5 mentality.
