Leadership Development & Culture Intern
The Leadership Development & Culture Intern will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Development & Culture team. This includes but is not limited to assisting with new employee onboarding; employee service award events; employee appreciation events; leadership development initiatives; customer service training; and virtual learning. The HR Leadership Development & Culture Intern will also meet and work with other areas within the HR department; including : Compensation; Employee Relations; Employee Wellness; Front Office; Recruitment; and Workforce Development. The HR Leadership Development & Culture Intern may also spend time with the Hendrick Health Executive of Human Resources.
