NYATEP (New York’s Workforce Association) is seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead a respected, statewide nonprofit at a pivotal moment of strategic renewal. Based in New York State (flexible location), this high-impact leadership role offers a salary range of $150,000–$200,000 and the opportunity to advance workforce development, education, and economic mobility for over one million New Yorkers through strong partnerships, advocacy, and innovation. Reporting to a dynamic Board of Directors, the Executive Director will drive strategy, expand funding and membership, strengthen operations, and serve as the leading voice for workforce policy and practice across the state.
