Product Support Analyst Troy, NY Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Product Support Analyst for our client in the Troy, NY area. As a key member of the support team, you will play a vital role in assisting clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless functionality of the organization’s innovative healthcare technology platform. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity could be the perfect fit for you! Duties and Responsibilities Answer customer support calls and emails, addressing issues within required timeframes. Document, track, and manage reported issues within the ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 technical issues, escalating to developers or external vendors when necessary. Provide clear and effective verbal and written instructions to end users. Configure application settings based on internal and client requests. Handle inbound and outbound customer faxes via electronic fax systems. Assist with internal requests and collaborate across departments as needed. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Qualifications 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience or a technical degree in IT or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience with CRM or Support Center software. Intermediate knowledge of MySQL preferred. Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new concepts and technologies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
