Compensation Range : $28.84 - $39.95 Hourly Rate

To perform various accounting functions related to maintenance / processing of accounting transactions and to ensure accurate accounting and reporting for construction projects.

Position Responsibilities And Duties :

• Ability to perform all duties of the Junior Project Accountant position.
• Assist PM with initiation of monthly draw in Textura and follow up with subcontractors to enter billings.
• Working knowledge of how to prepare AIA billings and assemble billing with supporting documentation.
• Reconcile credits for wrap-up insurance programs; OCIP, PLP, PSI, etc.
• Prepare / submit credit applications for opening new vendor accounts.
• Understand and review owner contract for accounting related tasks & responsibilities.
• Monitor the preparation and mailing of preliminary notices.
• Support other team members as requested.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
