A company is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative (Weekends).
Key Responsibilities
Handle calls and correspondence regarding pharmacy benefit inquiries from providers and members
Document calls within a call tracking system to ensure clear and accurate resolutions
Assist network pharmacies in processing prescription claims and review claims for accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Active / Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification
3-5 years of relevant work experience in a health plan, TPA, or PBM contact center
Prior experience working with health plans, TPAs, or PBM contact centers
Ability to prioritize and manage through change
