Qualifications and Skills for the Loan Advisor :

1-2 years of experience in mortgage sales, retail banking, or call center sales

Strong interest in financial services with a results-driven mindset

Comfortable working remotely during Eastern Time Zone hours

No existing SAFE license required; company covers licensing and training expenses
