Crafted Highlights :
This role acts as the liaison between the sales organization and the Integrated Supply Chain team. They understand the concepts of sales forecasting, order management, and brewery production to ensure sales execution and proactively identifies issues and implements solutions as it relates to key packs, new product launches, seasonal brands, distributor inventory and shipping recommendations.
What You'll Be Brewing :
- Support & Analytics - Support internal sales teams (SOMs, RSMs, DSEs, chain sales) by acting as a liaison between the non-alc sales organization and the Integrated Supply Chain. Provide strategic insights & analysis to help sales understand supply chain processes and drivers of business performance.
- Supply Continuity - Pro-actively identify order, inventory, and forecast gaps on key packs and new items, and effectively communicate with stakeholders to drive corrective actions. Support and enable process improvements to proactively mitigate future disruptions (3rd Party Distributors, DTR & eCOm focus).
- New Item readiness - Communicate ordering, forecasting, and shipping timelines on innovation and key items across the organization. Monitor and track performance of new items and seasonal brands to enable gap closure. Act as a resource to Project Teams and brand teams on the execution of our programs.
- Sales Support - Providing strategic insights to help sales understand supply chain processes and drivers of business performance. In doing so, align on supply chain solutions to ensure product supply and execution at retail.
- Process Improvement - Understand and improve existing processes for the non-alc team to meet the needs of stakeholders. Optimize ways of working to ensure seamless integration between non-alc sales teams and the broader organization.
Key Ingredients :
3-5 years of industry experience in Analytics, Supply Chain, Project Coordination & Relationship ManagementBachelors degree preferred but not requiredExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights and tell a story with dataExperience successfully working with cross-functional teams to meet a shared objectiveAbility to quickly assess situation / issue, identify root cause, and resolveAbility to creatively solve problemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in Business Objects & data analysis is highly desirableUnderstanding various routes to market is highly desirableBeverage Bonuses :

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $81,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
