About The Role
As a Product Manager for TQL you will develop products that support TQL's overall strategy and goals. You will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, managing objectives and key results, understanding and interpreting quantitative and qualitative product insights, and working closely with business partners to accelerate value delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
Identify customer needs, opportunities, and pain points via market research, supported by ongoing engagement with internal and external customersCollaborate with business stakeholders to create and maintain focused and intentional Product roadmapsConduct competitive analysis to ensure TQL's offerings are best in classOwn the process to generate business cases supported by alignment to TQL's strategic focus and quantified with thorough cost-benefit analysesUtilize data visualization tools to generate novel insights of how users engage with and realize value from TQL productsConduct usability tests to inform continuous development of TQL productsReport to senior management on the financial performance of your Product portfolioWhat You Need
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experienceProduct or project management experience extremely desirableModerate to advanced proficiency in Tableau or PowerBIThorough understanding of common transportation industry practices and proceduresExceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation skillsImpeccable organization skillsModerate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteCommitted to high quality outcomesExtreme ownership and accountability habitsWhere You'll Be
