Job Title : Business Operations Analyst

Department : Health Sciences Nisonger Center

  • The Business Operations Analyst of the Nisonger Center assists with the administrative, operational, fiscal and human resources activities of the Nisonger Center;
  • implements new initiatives to improve event and donor resource outcomes, advance Nisonger Administration objectives, including but not limited to contract management, invoicing and coordination of deposits for Nisonger Center programs, ensures adherence to internal control policies and procedures for Workday and other enterprise system requests;
  • to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and procedures; participates in fiscal audits reviews; actively participates in development and advancement activities;
  • works closely with development office for planning of special events to identify donors to generate financial support of the center and its interdisciplinary programs;
  • dissemination of resources and communications across various platforms; strategic partner with the Center Director, and the Center Administrator in establishing and implementing short- and long-range goals and objectives;
  • develops and implements strategic planning, succession planning, and goal setting; assures NIRS data collection is accurate for federal sponsors and lead other program areas in this initiative;

attends meetings and serves on assigned committees; serves as liaison and represents the center to internal and external partners.

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a Major in accounting or business administration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience required three years of financial management experience required experience utilizing the University financial systems.

Requires successful completion of a background check. Qualified candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
