Talent Acquisition Program Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Program Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise talent programs with a focus on early talent, military, and disability hiring. This role manages program operations, events, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure inclusive, high-impact talent initiatives that strengthen Oshkosh Corporation's talent pipeline.

Program Coordination & Administration
- Support end-to-end execution of early talent, military, and disability hiring initiatives, including requisition management, events, onboarding, communications, and program evaluation.
- Maintain program documentation, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Support program metrics and reporting
- Support program surveys, award submissions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Talent Program Support (Early Talent, Military, and Disability)
Facilitate intern onboarding and manage the intern lifecycle from recruiting and selection through engagement activities and program wrap-up.Organize and plan program events to foster connection, engagement, and program visibility.Assist in coordinating hiring events, community partnerships, and outreach activities supporting military and disability hiring pipelines.Support candidate sourcing, referral intake, screening, and talent sharing across programs.Communications, Training & Stakeholder Engagement
Prepare and distribute program communications, presentations, and updates for stakeholders.Assist in developing and delivering training for stakeholders to enhance program engagement.Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and other partners to build inclusive and engaging program experiences.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Three (3) or more years of relevant HR experience.Standout Qualifications

$56,600.00 - $88,400.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
