Field Manager (Cabinets Division)

Field Manager Cabinet Installations

Oversee the pre-installation readiness, installation, and completion of cabinet installation projects. The Field Manager will ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards, meeting builder and customer expectations. This role involves coordinating with contractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring installations meet safety and quality requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Level I :

• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of systems, applications, and handheld devices or tablets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Proficiency in basic math to calculate measurements and quantities such as percentages, linear feet, square footage, and area.
• Ability to read and comprehend builder plans, communications, training materials, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
• Strong written communication skills for routine reports and correspondence.
• 1 year of relevant experience in cabinet installations or construction.
