The Financial Analyst ADP is "hosted" by the Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department and participants are matched with one of our manufacturing or distribution facilities. The identified candidate can begin in January or July of 2026 and will report to the Winter Haven, Florida site for the duration of the training.
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Finance Manager with :
Assisting with the Annual Operating Budget
Reviewing books and closing site books timely and accurately
Physical inventory and daily reviews for the variance detail tracking report
Analyzing manufacturing costs, transfer pricing, and special projects
Assigned special projects by Leadership teams
Monthly P&L summaries for anomalies
Investigations and opportunity to report findings to management
Learn about advance data mining and analysis abilities to identify and make recommendations on adverse yield trends
Assist with physical inventory
Completing an overview of the operations within a paint plant, a specialty plant and a distribution service center (warehouse)
Minimum Requirements
Must be willing to relocate for the position AND upon completion of the program.
Must be open to relocating Post Program for your targeted role.
Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
At least one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Major in Finance , Accounting, or related field
Previous Internship / Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams.
Previous Internship, Co-op or work experience in a related field
Leadership experience as demonstrated by your involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
Experience with preparing annual budgets
