Accounts Receivable Administrator & Lead Service Coordinator

This dual-role position plays a key part in both managing incoming service leads and overseeing the accounts receivable process. What You'll Do
- Coordinate the intake and tracking of service leads
- Support seamless communication between internal teams and customers
- Generate and manage service billing and invoices
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on past-due balances
- Process payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure accurate billing and client follow-up
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports
What We're Looking For
