Overview
Your Impact : We are searching for a Senior Manager of Retail Marketing to spearhead consumer-oriented marketing initiatives that vividly represent our brands in Carters stores, outlets, and various retail channels. You will set the strategic vision for Retail Marketing while leading a team dedicated to enhancing our brand presence, boosting in-store experiences, increasing traffic, and forming impactful connections with parents and families. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate retail marketing, excel in fast-paced settings, and couple strategic foresight with exceptional execution skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop an effective retail marketing vision and strategy, including long-range planning that aligns brand ambitions with business growth goals.Utilize deep consumer segmentation insights to create leading retail experiences that resonate with our target audience.Orchestrate omnichannel marketing efforts that harmonize retail, digital, and wholesale channels to strengthen the overall brand and foster enterprise growth.Modernize the retail marketing approach through digital integration and experiential elements, all aimed at enhancing store traffic.Campaign Development & Execution :
Lead the development and execution of integrated retail campaigns, encompassing promotions, brand initiatives, services, loyalty programs, and events that drive store traffic.Ensure that Carters stores deliver a cohesive, consumer-first experience that inspires and converts parents and families.Develop frameworks that maintain global brand standards while accommodating local consumer preferences and market dynamics.Cross-Functional Leadership :
Work closely with teams in Integrated Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital, Media, PR, and Store Operations to implement cohesive omnichannel campaigns.Present insights to senior leadership, synthesizing performance data into actionable retail marketing strategies and demonstrating measurable ROI.Support the team in managing agency and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality creative output and prompt execution.Ideal Candidate :
8+ years of corporate retail marketing experience, preferably within apparel, family lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors.Proven ability to construct and implement versatile retail brand strategies translating into impactful seasonal marketing campaigns.Creative visionary eager to explore innovative brand storytelling methods in physical retail settings.Analytically driven, balancing bold creativity with data-backed decision-making.Ability to define unique retail experiences that distinguish our brand from competitors.Thorough understanding of the omnichannel consumer journey and the role of retail in enhancing brand value.Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a commitment to mentorship and talent development.Excellent communicator, skilled in engaging cross-functional partners and influencing senior management.Our Values :
