Job description

Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers

Required Qualifications

One to two years of experience in a call center environment preferred

High School diploma or equivalent required

Proficient with Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software

Strong focus on exemplary shift attendance

Effective call handling skills and professionalism required
