Quality Lead

The Quality Lead oversees the Division Quality Programs to ensure that all internal and external customers receive the highest quality products and services possible through the direction of the plant Inspectors and direct communication with all division departments. Basic functions include :

• Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the division QMS to include the NBG Group Quality Manual.
• Work with division teams to instill ownership and support continual improvement.
• Work with third-party accreditation / certification companies to ensure audits are conducted on time and that we are complying with quality standards.
• Report on division outcomes of quality audits.
• Work closely with NBG teams to ensure consistency company-wide.
• Some off-site meetings and audits are required.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
