We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Quality Engineer to join our fast-paced Tech Services team. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to our commitment to quality and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the highest level of product and service quality by implementing and monitoring quality control systems and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, a strong understanding of quality control principles, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in each product development phase.

2. Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks in product development and production processes.

3. Develop and maintain control plans to monitor product quality and control recurring issues.

4. Ensure compliance with the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) standards and other relevant quality standards.

5. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address the underlying causes of product or process defects.

6. Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent their recurrence.

7. Oversee document control processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of documents.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality requirements from initial product design to final product delivery.

9. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

10. Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance their product quality awareness and skills.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role in the Tech Services industry.

3. Proven experience with FMEA, control plans, IATF standards, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and document control.

4. Strong technical knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

8. Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.

9. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

11. Certification in Quality Engineering or a related field is a plus.
