Job Overview

The Event Operations Specialist executes events while ensuring that all logistics requirements are carried out according to the event plans. This person manages the event plans and works closely with other departments to ensure all operational requirements of the events are fulfilled.

Compensation

Base Salary Range $45,000 - $65,000 with potential bonus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with event organizers to manage event operation.
• Support internal project team on event execution.
• Accommodate customer requirements during the events.
• Author event summary report within a week post-event.
• Develop an operation playbook for similar future events.
