Description
A Marketing co-op is a college-level position that provides an educational opportunity to learn and experience how to work in a fast-paced AEC design firm on an international marketing team. Candidates will work in one of HLB's studio locations alongside other marketers on the responsibilities below. Special marketing projects may be included on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities
Proposal and qualifications preparation and support
Maintain qualification documents (resumes, marketing proposal packages, photography, forms, etc)
Coordinate with marketing team and other business units as needed for proposals
Coordinate marketing folder setups and updates
CRM data entry
Assist with photography coordination and licensing
Manage professional photography in digital asset software
Shadowing of client / proposal calls for learning purposes
Prepare and assemble written and visual information in assistance for client presentations
Support local business development efforts
Represent the firm in a professional manner
Participate in ongoing learning and skills development
Other marketing and business development activities as needed
Requirements
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Some experience in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Detail-oriented
Good time management skills
Multi-tasking capabilities
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of CRM database concepts a plus
Compensation :
$20.00 to $23.00 / hourly
The final agreed upon compensation is based on cost of living, individual education, qualifications, and experience.
