Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned market sales support functions, including onboarding and certifications
Track compliance elements and communicate the status of agent certifications and re-certifications
Resolve inquiries and compensation issues while maintaining producer files to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in customer service or office-related areas
2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
