Temporary Billing Representative - 2nd Shift

Location : Fontana, CA

Pay : $19.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 12 : 00 PM - 8 : 30 PM

Start Date : February 16, 2026

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Billing Representative to support billing and clerical operations in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities :

Process billing tasks accurately and efficiently
Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook)
Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Overtime availability required

Training Schedule :

Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM

First two weeks required

Preferred Qualifications :

AS400 and RVI experience (preferred, not required)

Strong attention to detail

Flexible schedule (OT, weekends, coverage as needed)
