Office Manager - Primary Care - Penn Ave Place - FT

This job manages the daily operations of one or two physician offices or single ambulatory surgery center.

Essential responsibilities include :

• Managing the day to day operations of the physician practice, including front and back office functions, or ambulatory surgery center.
• Supervising staff, resolving problems and implementing approved disciplinary action. Conducting interviews, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Managing and monitoring key financial and revenue cycle metrics, including staff hours, resource allocation, expense budget, patient volumes, and the revenue cycle process. Providing primary or secondary review of reconciliation of monies being collected and deposited.
• Monitoring patient satisfaction reports, identifying variances from standard, and resolving patient complaints.
• Responsible for quality and performance improvement by monitoring metrics and addressing deficiencies.
• Working collaboratively with physicians, leadership, and health professionals to accomplish organization and practice / ambulatory surgery center goals.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Performing other duties as assigned or required.
