Seeking a Quality Manager that will drive excellence by upholding stringent quality standards and managing key industry certifications such as AISC and ASME. In this critical role, you'll ensure corporate processes and all employees are properly trained in installation practices, corporate processes, and procedures-and fully prepared for audits conducted by the appropriate accrediting agencies. As Quality Manager, You Will : Assess corporate compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS). Assist with all inspection and testing services performed by the organization. Monitor installation activities to ensure they meet client expectations and project standards. Report QMS progress, findings, and observations to Department Managers. Review plans and installations to confirm compliance with building codes, local ordinances, and zoning regulations. Oversee construction sites and fabrication facilities to ensure adherence to all regulatory and quality requirements. Use surveying tools, testing equipment, and other measurement systems to verify code compliance and product specifications. Confirm alignment, level, and elevation of installed products. Maintain detailed daily logs, including written notes and photographs. Provide written feedback and documentation related to inspection findings. Exercise sound judgment in planning and performing work, including evaluating and adapting established standards to meet project and compliance needs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills and Requirements : 10+ years of Manufacturing Operations experience, including 5+ years in Senior Quality or Operations leadership. At least 5 years of Lean Manufacturing experience; Six Sigma Black Belt a plus. Strong background in P&L management, blueprint reading, quality systems (QMS), testing procedures, and compliance. Skilled in managing quality documentation such as weld maps, inspection reports, and testing records Proven leadership ability with strong communication, collaboration, and team-building skills. Results-driven, hands-on leader with excellent time management, strategic planning, and change-management abilities. Strong financial and analytical skills. Work / Environment Requirements (Shortened) Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and computer work; occasional bending or kneeling. Exposure to varying noise levels and typical manufacturing hazards. Must maintain reliable attendance and comply with company policies. Office-based role in the Denver Metro area with occasional travel; reliable transportation required. Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
