We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our Sievers Analytical Instruments team. This role will partner with sales and commercial operations teams to drive quality in customer accounts, reporting directly to the Global Sales Director for Aftermarket.
Key Responsibilities :
Clean and maintain customer account records in Salesforce
Review and resolve duplicate accounts while validating customer ship-to information
Support development of new processes for creating and managing customer accounts
Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to improve data quality and resolve account issues
Execute independent data cleanup projects with high attention to detail
Required Qualifications :
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Proven ability to create processes that promote data quality
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
