Description
Position Summary :
The Project Manager supports Catholic Charities' overall mission and vision and is responsible for managing technology and facilities projects across the organization. This role oversees the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of information technology systems and facilities-related improvements such as building upgrades, remodels, and infrastructure improvements. The Project Manager coordinates with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational standards, safety requirements, and long-term operational goals.
Responsibilities :
Oversee IT and facilities projects within the organization.
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with department heads to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
Implement and onboard new systems and infrastructure through project management.
Ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations during the onboarding process.Serve as the primary point of contact for projects and initiatives within supported departments.Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates with stakeholders and end-users.Ensure all systems comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.Perform other duties as assigned.

Non-Physical Requirements :
Education
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field strongly preferred. Associate degree in a related field and two additional years of experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree.Professional certificate in project management (PMP, CAPM, or Scrum) preferredExperience
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in structured project management required. Experience must include agile project management.Experience in the nonprofit sector preferred.Special Skills

Work Schedule : Monday- Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Wage Range : $81,000 - $88,000 per year, depending on experience
