As a Per-Diem Staff Pharmacist , you'll play a critical role in delivering safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services embedded within RiverVista Behavioral Hospital in Columbus, OH . This hands-on position allows you to make a direct impact by :
- Ensuring the accuracy of medication orders
- Verifying technician-prepared products
- Safeguarding controlled substances
You'll support a high-performing pharmacy team by mentoring new staff, maintaining smooth daily operations, and assisting the Director in optimizing performance. This is a supplemental role primarily covering full-time staff during PTO, leaves of absence, and other coverage needs.
Required Qualifications :
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $55.00 to $60.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
